    1. Introduction

    Welcome to COCO Software. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services, including our Skill Mastery workshops, Vibe Audits, and Collaborative Build services. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

    2. Services

    COCO Software provides the following services:

    • Skill Mastery Workshops: Live online training sessions covering technical skills including editor workflows, Git/GitHub collaboration, and code refactoring.
    • Vibe Audits: Comprehensive technical assessments of code health, architectural fit, and collaboration readiness.
    • Collaborative Build: Partnership-based software development services including MVP prototyping and full-scope native application development.

    3. Workshop Bookings and Payments

    Workshop bookings are subject to the following terms:

    • All workshop prices are quoted in GBP and are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
    • Payment is required in full prior to attending any workshop session.
    • Workshop places are non-transferable without prior written consent.
    • We reserve the right to reschedule workshops with reasonable notice.

    4. Cancellation and Refunds

    Our cancellation policy is as follows:

    • Cancellations made more than 14 days before the scheduled workshop will receive a full refund.
    • Cancellations made 7-14 days before will receive a 50% refund.
    • Cancellations made less than 7 days before are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future session.
    • If COCO Software cancels a workshop, a full refund or rescheduled place will be offered.

    5. Intellectual Property

    All content, materials, and intellectual property provided during our workshops and services remain the property of COCO Software unless otherwise agreed in writing. Participants may use materials for personal learning purposes but may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit them without prior written permission.

    6. Confidentiality

    Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during the course of our engagement. This includes but is not limited to business strategies, code, technical documentation, and client data.

    7. Limitation of Liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, COCO Software shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

    8. Data Protection

    We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws including the UK GDPR. For details on how we collect, use, and protect your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

    9. Governing Law

    These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
