Some clients arrive with this nailed. If you have a spec we can price, we pressure-test it in a day and move to build. If not, a paid discovery week maps the product, the risks and the shortest route to something usable.

Two-week cycles against a visible board. Working software in a staging environment from the first cycle onwards, never a reveal at the end.

AI tooling has compressed the distance between an idea and a working product. We use it heavily in scaffolding, migration and test generation, because it makes us faster on the parts of a build that were never the interesting parts.
